The Cyber Monday 2012 deals will be running all week long at Amazon.com's website. The online retail site has already started to unveil some of what will be offered at discount with calendars showing off daily and lightning deal specials as well.
Amazon's Black Friday deals are actually still going on as of Saturday, but on Monday it shifts into the online shopping holiday known as "Cyber Monday." At Amazon's Cyber Deals Week page, they also offer customers ways to keep track of the deals. That includes the use of social media like Facebook or Twitter, and email updates. There's also a mobile app allowing for customers to shop their deals from anywhere, and a special Amazon Browser bar which can be installed for web browsing.
According to Holiday Gift Nation, there's Amazon Cyber Monday lightning deals, daily gold box deals and featured deals all across the website. That includes video games, toys, electronics, movies, watches, clothing and much more. Even big ticket items like video game systems and laptops will be at discounted prices, in some instances. However, it's unknown if Amazon will offer any deal on its Kindle Fire HD tablets or other eReader devices for the big shopping event.
Nonetheless, Amazon has really positioned itself at the upper echelon of retailers when it comes to the holiday shopping season. The company continues to offer great deals on shipping, meaning customers don't have to necessarily go to stores to buy gifts. Add in extra services like gift wrap and personalized cards, and the site has become a one-stop shopping source without leaving the home.
Do you expect Amazon to have better deals for their Cyber Monday sale than they had for Black Friday? Which types of items are you looking for better deals on this holiday season?
